Traffic Safety Plea from the Superintendent

I am sure everyone in our district has noticed the increasing traffic in and around the Moreland School

District.  Some of our neighboring districts and schools have experienced terrible traffic tragedies.

Please help us keep all our children safe by following the traffic rules around the schools and slowing

down!  We will be working with the City of San Jose's Project Passion Program and Walk and Roll

Program to evaluate our traffic flow around the schools.  However, even with the best system in place,

each driver is responsible for the speed of their vehicle and the observance of traffic safety around

schools.  Help us to keep all our children safe.
